Within Malaysia:

• All orders will be shipped out via J&T Express (Paid orders) / DHL eCommerce (Cash on Delivery) within one working day.
• Item usually takes 2 to 5 working days to reach customer after it's shipped out depending on the shipping method you have chosen. Please expect delay in delivery during festive season like Hari Raya Puasa or Chinese New Year.
• Shipping fee range from RM5.9 - RM13.9 depending on location and shipping method you have chosen, calculated during checkout, before payment made. 
• For standard shipping method (excluding COD shipping method), we offer free shipping for order over RM100 to West Malaysia or RM150 to East Malaysia.
• For COD order, DHL deliver it anytime from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The delivery time is highly depends on DHL arrangement, all orders cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day
• Tracking number will be emailed to you after order is shipped out from our warehouse. You can also use our order tracker to see your shipment status.

International: 

• All orders will be shipped out via DHL eCommerce within one working day.
• Item may take 7-20 working days to reach customer depending on the destination country and also the custom clearance speed of that country. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
• Tracking number will be emailed to you after order is shipped out from our warehouse. You can also use our order tracker to see your shipment status.
• Shipping charges varies by country based on the total weight of the order. Charges will be calculated during checkout. 
• You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order (based on tracking number delivery date), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom made products (customized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Stationery products that have been opened or used are not eligible for exchange or refund.

For standard products:

We will replace/refund an item or order when

• The product is damaged upon delivery
• The product is different item from what was ordered

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please email us at support@happinessidea.com within 7 days of receiving your item and we'll assist you from there. Please provide a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item (subject to stock availability and approval), please email us at support@happinessidea.com  within 7 days of receiving your item. Item should be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your item in its original packaging with all the accessories and instructions in order to be eligible for exchange. Garment may only be returned for exchanged in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached if there's any

Apparel Size Exchange (if applicable)
Request for apparel size exchange need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item (subject to stock availability and approval). Send us an email at support@happinessidea.com. Item should be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your item. Garment may only be returned for exchanged in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached if there's any. Once we received and verified the returned item is in good condition, we will deliver the replacement in the size you requested. 

Dissatisfaction
We will refund an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your item in its original packaging with all the accessories and instructions. Garment may only be returned for refund in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached if there's any

Please email us at support@happinessidea.com for the return arrangement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's approved, your refund will be processed and issued to you in your original payment method. 

Shipping Cost
To return your product, you need to mail your product to our warehouse address. We cover the return shipping cost if the reason is due to our error (damaged / incorrect item / etc ). We do not cover shipping cost for exchange / dissatisfaction/ reason that's not due to our error.
