Q2: I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Discount code is used for online order and online payment only. For manual order through whatsApp or manual bank-in option Happiness Idea cannot apply your discount code on your behalf. Please read Happiness Idea Discount Code Details for the How-To and the Terms & Conditions

Q3: What is the cost of shipping within Malaysia?
Our current standard shipping fee is RM5.9 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM13.9 to East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan). We offer free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia for order above RM100 or to East Malaysia for order above RM150.  Read more shipping information here.

Q4: Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship to almost every country in the world, except for Israel. Read more shipping information here.

Q5: Which courier service do you use?
We use J&T Express, Pos Laju or DHL eCommerce for all shipment within Malaysia; and DHL eCommerce for international shipment.

Q6: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you have placed an order successfully. You may also check your order status here.

Q7: When will my order be shipped?
You order will be dispatched out from Happiness Idea warehouse within 1 working days. If you place your order on non-working day (Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday), your order will be processed and shipped out on the next working day.

Q8: How do I know my order shipping status?
Once your order is shipped out, we will email you the tracking number which allows you to track your shipment. You can also use our order tracker to see the status. If you do not receive any tracking number after 2 working days begin from the day after the order is placed, contact us for assistance. 

Q9: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
1 to 3 working days within Peninsular Malaysia or 5 to 10 working days to East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan). Sometimes it could take longer time to deliver during holiday season such as Hari Raya and Chinese New Year. For international shipment, it will take 10 to 20 working days depending on the destination country. Read more shipping information here.

    Q10: Can I exchange an item after I receive it?
    In most cases yes, as long as the item is still in unused and good condition. For apparel product, please make sure it's not washed.     Q12: Why is my parcel returned to the sender?

    It could be due to the reasons below:

    • Incomplete/ Incorrect shipping address
    • Unknown recipient in the premises
    • (Pos Laju) Deliver your parcel while you are not around. A notice will be left to inform you to either arrange a 2nd delivery or to do self-collection at one of their branch. When no action is taken for more than 7 working days, parcel will be returned to our warehouse

    Q13: What should I do If my parcel has returned to sender?

    Whenever we receive a returned parcel (for non COD orders) that's due to unsuccessful delivery, we'll email the customer to inform them about it and provide them with instructions detailing how to request a re-delivery from our warehouse.
